Digital assets, also known as virtual assets, refer to digital records of value that can be digitally bought, sold, exchanged, or transferred and
can be used as a means of exchange or for investment purposes.

Attorney Mira Krajišnik attended specialized studies in the field of Digital Asset Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, from November 2022 to March 2023, and therefore provides legal services related to digital asset law:

Interpretation and consultation regarding the proper application of the Digital Asset Law, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act, Capital Market Law, Companies Act, and Advertising Law;

Advising on methods of initial fundraising – SAFE and SAFT agreements;

Advising on the choice of jurisdiction for issuing digital assets;

Structuring the digital assets themselves, including tokenomics development;

Conducting the issuance process;

Representation before the relevant authorities;

Advising on the creation of a Whitepaper and the actual preparation of the Whitepaper in accordance with the client’s objectives, preparing the necessary documentation, and representing before supervisory authorities (regulators) – the National Bank of Serbia and the Securities Commission;

Consultation regarding the tax and accounting treatment of digital
assets;

Consultation on legal issues related to smart contracts contract interpretation, determining applicable law, and resolving potential disputes.
