Attorney at law Mira Krajišnik is the founder of the Krajišnik Law Firm located in Belgrade. In 2013, she enrolled at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, and completed her undergraduate academic studies in 2017. with an impressive average grade of 9.4, emerging as one of the top students of her class. During her studies, she received a scholarship from the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia. Furthermore, the Faculty recognized her as one of its best students for all four years, awarding her a scholarship. Additionally, she was a scholarship recipient from the “Milivoje Jovanović and Luka Trebinjac” Fund for the 2016/17 academic year under the University of Belgrade’s Rectorate. She actively participated in the Study Group for the Fight against Corruption and Organized Crime and undertook student internships at the First Basic Court in Belgrade, the Misdemeanor Court in Belgrade, and the First Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade. In 2021, she enrolled in Master’s studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, specializing in Commercial Law, which she is currently attending. Upon completing her undergraduate studies, she registered in the Directory of the Bar Association of Belgrade as a legal trainee at a renowned law firm in Belgrade. Here, she acquired extensive work experience in all areas of law, particularly in commercial, property, labor, inheritance, family, and criminal law.

After completing her internship, she passed the judicial examination with distinction in October 2020, administered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia. in January 2021, she passed the bar exam before the Bar Association of Serbia’s committee. In March 2021, she officially took the attorney’s oath before the Bar Association of Belgrade, initiating her independent practice, at just 27 years old, she stands out as one of the youngest attorneys in Belgrade. She also attended a training on “Minors as perpetrators of criminal offenses and minors as victims of criminal acts” organized by the Bar Association of Serbia. As a result, she is on the official list of attorneys specialized in representing minors in criminal proceedings. Moreover, she attended the Council of Europe’s HELP Course on “Family Law and Human Rights” in December 2022, further honing her expertise in family law and children’s rights. From November 2022. to March 2023. she pursued specialist studies on knowledge innovation at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, focusing on the Law of Digital Assets, equipping herself with fundamental knowledge and skills in the domain of digital asset law. She is a member of the Bar Association of Belgrade and the Association of Lawyers in the Economy of the Republic of Serbia. She is fluent in English and has working proficiency in both German and Spanish.
